This policy describes the planned Tickle Tickle V1 release represented by this website. It should be reviewed again before publication if the final app adds advertising, analytics, accounts, online services or other data-processing features.

1. About Tickle Tickle

Tickle Tickle is a mobile game designed around touch-driven character interactions and arcade challenge modes. The V1 game is designed to work offline and does not require users to create an account.

2. Information collected by the game

Tickle Tickle V1 does not intentionally collect or transmit personal information to a developer-operated server during normal gameplay.

3. Local gameplay data

The game stores gameplay progress and settings locally on the user's device. This may include practiced or mastered characters, challenge-mode unlock status, tutorial completion and similar game-state information. This information is used to preserve progress between play sessions and is not intended to identify the player.

4. Advertising, analytics and online accounts

The V1 release described by this policy does not currently include third-party advertising, developer-enabled analytics, cloud accounts or online leaderboards. If a future version introduces services that collect or process user data, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those services and their purposes.

5. Support communications

If you contact Tickle Tickle support by email, the information you voluntarily provide—such as your email address, message and any attachments—is used to understand and respond to your request. Email communications may be retained as reasonably necessary for support, record-keeping or legal obligations.

6. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored game progress remains on the device unless it is removed through the game's available controls, the device's app-data controls, or by uninstalling the application. Support emails may be retained according to the email provider's normal operation and legitimate support needs.

7. Children's privacy and age rating

Tickle Tickle's store age rating and target-audience declarations will be determined through the applicable app-store review and rating process. The game does not require a user account or ask players to submit personal information during normal offline gameplay.

8. Security

No method of electronic storage or communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Tickle Tickle aims to minimize privacy risk by keeping the V1 gameplay experience local and avoiding unnecessary collection of personal information.
